Here are answers to some common questions. If your question is not answered here, there is technical support contact information at the bottom.

Q. Am I eligible for this program? How do I sign up?

Please call 1-916-440-8800 or e-mail cahseeprep@cccnext.net for more information about the CAHSEE Stepping Into Your Future program.

Q. I can't log in. Where are my username and password?

When you signed up, you should have received an e-mail called "CAHSEE Account Registration Details". This e-mail includes your username, password, and instructions for accessing the courses.

Q. I didn't get my registration e-mail.

Check you spam folder in case the message was flagged as spam. If not and it has been more than five minutes since you completed the registration, call the toll-free support line: 1-877-732-9797. You may have provided an undeliverable e-mail address that will need to be corrected.

Q. I only see one course (Math or English), but not the other.

When you signed up, you probably only checked the box for one course. Don't sign up again; please call the toll-free support line: 1-877-732-9797 and ask to be added to the additional course.

Q. When I finish the enrollment form, I only see a blank white page.

It could be that the "Flash" application isn't properly installed on your computer. Please ask your teacher, supervisor, or administrator to go to http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash to install Flash. The installation must be done using a privileged administrator account or it might not function correctly.

Q. Flash has been installed, but it still doesn't work.

You may need to install Flash using an administrator account. Please contact your facility's technician and ask him or her to install Flash as a system administrator.

Q. Can I skip the entry survey?

No. You will not be able to access the courses until the entry survey is complete and you have clicked the "Continue" button at the end.

Q. How do I get an entry code and teacher ID?

Ask your teacher or supervisor. If you are supposed to use the "enroll through local school" sign-up method, your teacher or supervisor should have provided you with an entry code and teacher ID.

Q. It says I'm already enrolled.

Don't sign up more than once. You should have received an e-mail with your username, password, and instructions for accessing the course. Please use that account.
